If you are fortunate enough to visit Japan you will notice right away that one of the most charming things are them: the Japanese people.
A famous Japanese proverb says:
七 転 び 八 起 き – nana korobi ya oki –
“Fall down seven times, get up eight”
and the Japanese are like that: stoics, traditionalists, proud but also energetic, enthusiastic, full of life and so friendly and polite than in my travels, I admit, I was many times pleasantly surprised.
So on the day I spent in Kyoto besides visiting the famous city of temples I also took the opportunity to try to make some street photography pics and I must confess that the result is not bad at all (for my level and my constant embarrassment) – Yuppie!
“Their faces are family stories long millennia and their eyes are proudly”.
But their life is curiosity, looking for a size between traditional culture that suffocates them and modernity that bombards and claim them.
The power of tradition is very powerful because while a bad time at most can ‘last a lifetime, the family name and his honor go on for generations.
“Kanpai!” is cheers in japanese.
A nice picture for me is a great memory, every time I’ll watch this pics ‘I will remember moments that would otherwise be lost in my mind.
By sharing these albums I hope to encourage all of you to the discovery, to travel and produce unique emotions and incredible memories that nobody will take you away.
